Terms of Service

Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate, using the service lawfully, and protecting access to their account.

CoHaven helps organize logistics and records. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or court filing services.

Users are responsible for the schedules, expenses, documents, messages, and other content they add to CoHaven.

After any free trial, paid access is governed by the selected plan, billing terms, renewals, and cancellation flow shown at checkout.

Canceling a monthly or yearly subscription turns off future renewals. Access continues through the paid billing period unless a refund, revocation, or other lawful termination ends it sooner. CoHaven does not ordinarily offer discretionary refunds once 14 days have passed from the start of the paid billing period being refunded. A free trial is not part of that paid period. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Apple reviews and decides refunds for App Store purchases; request those refunds through Apple.

When the subscription screen displays this disclosure, subscribing confirms that you allow CoHaven and its subscription processor, RevenueCat, to share purchase and subscription-delivery information with Apple to review refund requests. This does not include household records, child information, messages, documents, or calendar content. You can withdraw this permission in Subscription settings using Stop sharing purchase information with Apple. Withdrawal stops future responses; it does not erase information Apple already received. Existing customers are not opted in merely because these terms change.

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or upload unlawful content.
